As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will: Lead recruitment activities for Czechia from start to finish. Focus on attracting new talent through active search activities on LinkedIn and Teamio, bringing a "headhunter" mentality and being motivated to fill niche and specialist positions. Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on recruitment strategies and talent market insights. Partner closely with the local People & Culture team in Ostrava and other key stakeholders. Manage and execute end-to-end recruitment processes, from workforce planning and sourcing to offer management and onboarding. Recruit for a broad range of positions, with approximately 80% focused on corporate and specialist roles and 20% on operational roles. Create engaging job advertisements and ensure effective publication across relevant channels. Drive talent attraction initiatives, including employer branding and social media recruitment activities. Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to ensure high-quality hiring decisions. Flexibility in time management, as some candidates might only be available for interviews early or later in the day. Prepare and analyse recruitment reports, providing insights to support continuous improvement. Collaborate across departments and countries to share best practices and contribute to recruitment projects. Work closely with our international Shared Service Recruitment Team across Northern, Central, and Western Europe. You bring with you: At least five years of experience recruiting professionals across corporate, specialist, and blue-collar roles - preferrable from an agency role, with first in-house experience Active Search skills, from LinkedIn Search to candidate approach and engagement Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, sourcing tools, and social media recruitment channels. Experience with Teamio, SmartRecruiters and LinkedIn Recruiter is an advantage. Fluency in Czech language (written and spoken) and professional proficiency in English.
