Professional Knowledge and Experiences Proven Track Record: At least 10 years of successful sales experience, with a demonstrated ability to grow "share of wallet" within strategic accounts and successfully break into new market segments. Established Network: You possess an existing, high-quality sales network in at least one core industry (Palm Oil, Chemical, or F&B) and the ability to leverage these ties quickly. Strategic Entrepreneurship: You are a result-driven "hunter" with a can-do attitude. You think strategically but act with the speed and passion of a business owner. Local Expertise: You are currently based in Indonesia, understand the local business nuances, and have a clear desire for long-term career advancement within a global leader.
