About the role

We are looking for a Master Trainer - Sales Capability Building to help our sellers and advisors build confidence, strengthen customer conversations, and improve business impact. Responsibilities

  • Design and Deliver Sales Learning Programs
  • Create and facilitate engaging instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning experiences focused on: Consultative and value-based selling
  • Expansion selling and customer acquisition
  • Customer conversation excellence
  • New user growth and adoption
  • Lead interactive workshops using storytelling, simulations, role plays, and customer-based scenarios.
  • Build practical learning journeys that improve seller readiness, confidence, and execution.
  • Adapt programs for different regions, business priorities, and learner needs.
  • Strengthen Sales Messaging and Reinforcement
  • Coach sellers and advisors on engaging effectively with business and creative decision-makers.
  • Develop sales enablement assets including: Discovery frameworks
  • Talk tracks
  • Objection-handling guides
  • Call preparation tools
  • Build reinforcement strategies that improve learning retention and field adoption.
  • Partner with frontline managers to integrate coaching into everyday workflows.
  • Drive AI-Enabled Learning Innovation
  • Use AI-powered tools to create personalized and adaptive learning experiences.
  • Explore innovative learning formats including simulations, conversational AI, and digital practice environments.
  • Apply learning analytics and feedback insights to improve program quality and learner outcomes.
  • Support adoption of enablement platforms, AI copilots, and modern learning technologies.
  • Collaborate Across Teams
  • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Support, and Instructional Design teams to align enablement programs with business priorities.
  • Ensure learning content reflects current Adobe solutions, customer trends, and industry insights.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, capability building, learning and development, or sales training within the technology or SaaS industry.
  • 2+ years of customer-facing sales experience.
  • Experience facilitating engaging learning experiences for sales or customer-facing teams.
  • Experience designing scenario-based learning programs using simulations, storytelling, and role-play activities.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled learning tools, LMS platforms, reinforcement solutions, or conversational AI technologies.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to translate business value into clear and compelling customer conversations.
  • Strong collaboration and leadership management skills.
  • Comfort using learning analytics, dashboards, and performance insights to improve outcomes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Growth mindset with curiosity about emerging learning technologies and AI-enabled enablement.
  • Education
  • Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Technology, Computer Applications, Strategy, Learning, or a related field.
  • Certifications in sales training, adult learning, AI for learning and development, digital learning, or learning analytics.
  • Experience working with global or distributed teams.
