YOUR MISSION: We are seeking a passionate and driven HR Intern to support and work closely with the team on HR Business Partnering initiatives for our Watch Maisons. This role offers a unique opportunity to play an active part in collaborating across functions, Maisons, and regions within Richemont. The HR Intern will support the team in daily operations, contribute to ongoing projects, and learn about best practices in talent management, employee experience, compensation & benefits, and HR administration specifically tailored for our luxury Watch Maisons. HOW YOU CAN CREATE IMPACT: Talent Management and Development Support the annual HR Talent cycles including My Performance Journey appraisal process and Career Committees Monitor the completion rate for the My Performance Journey cycle, including the My Development element Support in data input and preparation for the Career Committees Support the communication and coordination of learning and development initiatives across Maisons Employee Experience and Engagement Ensure a smooth onboarding journey for all new joiners, both corporate and boutique Maintain strong proximity and engagement with employees across all levels of the organisation Support the execution and follow up of employee engagement surveys where applicable Support employee engagement activities for the Maisons Build functional communities across Maisons Organise and coordinate lunch and Learn activities between Maisons Compensation and Benefits Support in the preparation of salary data for analysis purposes Support in the preparation of commission templates HR reporting and PowerPoint Presentation Prepare Watch Maisons specific HR statistics Provide data analysis support during business plan cycles HRIS Follow up on HR processes on HRIS system (Workday) and maintain the accuracy of data Other Participate in the roll-out and execution of any HR projects linked with the Watch Maisons HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US : Graduate or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field advantageous Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to engage with all levels of employees Strong IT literacy, specifically with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint in particular) with the ability to use and manage data analytics tools Customer oriented mindset Possesses a strong collaborative mindset, is enthusiastic, and a team player Proactive approach to tasks and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and in a timely Results driven with a strong attention to detail HOW DO WE KEEP YOU SMILING?
