We're hiring a Management Consultant to join a high-performing team delivering complex transformation initiatives across defence organisations, aerospace manufacturers and Tier 1 suppliers. What you'll have the opportunity to do as a Management Consultant Working on large-scale business and operational transformation programmes within Aerospace & Defence Owning and leading workstreams or modules within wider programmes Designing and implementing target operating models (TOMs) Working closely with stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into practical solutions Supporting delivery through programme management, governance and risk management Running client workshops including problem-solving, innovation and requirements gathering Contributing to proposal development and internal capability building About the Candidate The right Management Consultant should have: Experience within Aerospace & Defence (essential) Background in consulting or industry delivering transformation programmes Strong experience in at least one area: Supply Chain Manufacturing / Quality Programme Delivery Digital Engineering Proven ability to engage stakeholders and own workstreams Understanding of technology-enabled transformation (digital, data, systems) Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery Willingness to travel to UK client sites What's in it for you?
