Job Description Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and high-quality products and services. Obtain, compare, and assess quotations from suppliers/vendors, and negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules. Prepare, issue, and monitor Purchase Orders(POs), ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Coordinate with the Engineering and Operations teams to understand project requirements and ensure timely procurement of materials and services. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, deliveries, invoices, and supplier information. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with store personnel to ensure adequate stock availability and timely replenishment. Follow up on order status, delivery schedules, and resolve any procurement-related issues or invoice discrepancies. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and evaluate vendor performance regularly. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and project requirements. Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
