Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer with experience in Wastewater infrastructure (pumping stations, treatment plants, reservoirs) to join TYLin's Water Sector in the Greater Toronto Area. In this role, you'll partner with a team of bright and creative professionals, and help to shape the development of water infrastructure throughout the GTA and beyond. Responsibilities & Qualifications DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and participate directly in the design of both public and private sector municipal servicing projects (i.e. sewage pumping stations and water booster stations, reservoirs, elevated tanks and water/wastewater treatment systems) including engineering drawings, engineering reports, presentations, and required applications to regulatory and/or funding agencies. Coordinate the design with review/input from the various municipal/utility/approval agencies/stakeholders and obtain all necessary approvals. Liaise with clients, municipalities, and other agencies to secure approvals. Develop and manage project scope, budget, staffing and schedule. Prepare contract documents for construction (i.e. engineering drawings and specifications). Conduct construction inspection services and construction administration. Provide services during construction that can include submittal reviews, responses to requests for information and contract document clarifications. Conduct quality assurance and quality control on projects. Participate in the permitting process of projects, which may require meetings with clients, contractors, reviewing agency personnel and governing entities. Prepare engineering project proposals, change orders, client contact and communication pertaining to specific projects. Manage and lead team members while working on projects, complete tasks and delegate specific project tasks to other team members as appropriate.
