Corporate Analyst Program - Product Management (Berkeley Heights, NJ)

Responsibilities

• Assist in product development and management activities.
• Support adoption of AI tools across service teams.
• Support market analysis and competitive research.
• Participate in product roadmap planning and prioritization.
• Help with documentation and reporting of product performance.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to ensure product success.
• What you will need to have:
• Recent graduate of a bachelor's degree completed in December 2024 or after in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or Management
• 3.0+ GPA
• 0-2 years of professional work experience
• What would be great to have:
• Previous internship experience.
• Majors such as Business , Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and work collaboratively and cross-functionally with all levels of staff and leaders.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

• This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
• This is a full-time, direct-hire position, and no contract options for unsolicited agency submissions will be considered.
• Salary Range
• $62,250.00 - $99,600.00
• These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
