Production and Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing Equipment)

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service production equipment including tank trucks, blending, and filling systems
• Execute preventive maintenance and TPM initiatives to maximize equipment performance
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment and instrument calibration (WS, WB, FM, TG, heat sealer)
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery issues alongside external service providers
• Manage facility maintenance for systems such as air compressors, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and sprinklers
• Fabricate jigs and fixtures to support efficient manufacturing processes
• Perform daily start-up inspections for production and facility equipment
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, downtime logs, permits, and checklists
• Support internal departments with minor repair and maintenance requests
• Train operators on the use of new equipment, tools, and jigs
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in petrochemical or oil & gas industries is an added advantage
• Hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation troubleshooting
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance and TPM practices
• Experience liaising with vendors for equipment servicing, calibration, and repairs
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and equipment documentation
