Job Description At CAE, our manufacturing teams play a key role in transforming innovative concepts into advanced products. In this strategic role, you will lead a multi-year manufacturing transformation, focused on modernizing operations, improving flow, and enhancing overall performance. You will work in a complex and fast-paced environment where leadership and operational excellence are critical. Duties & Responsibilities Operations & Flow Optimization Redesign workspaces, production cells and logistics areas. Support transformation projects across manufacturing, assembly and testing. Standardization & Digital Manufacturing Develop and deploy standard work and planning processes. Support digital manufacturing tools rollout (MES, digital instructions). Material Flow & Inventory Improve internal logistics and material handling. Support inventory reduction initiatives. Lean & Performance Management Implement Lean principles across operations. Develop and maintain operational KPIs. Leadership & Team Development Lead and develop industrial engineering teams. Ensure alignment between Engineering, Supply Chain and Production.
