Responsibilities

  • Check, restock, and replenish minibar items in all assigned guest rooms according to LUURA standards.
  • Ensure minibar products are neatly arranged, clean, and attractively presented.
  • Accurately record all consumed minibar items and submit reports for correct guest billing.
  • Verify expiry dates and remove expired, damaged, or unsuitable items immediately.
  • Clean and sanitize minibar units, trays, and surrounding areas during each service.
  • Maintain correct stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Handle minibar items, stock, and records with honesty and accountability at all times.
  • Ensure minibar pantries and storage areas are clean, organized, and well stocked.

  • Coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Office regarding room availability and minibar postings.
  • Follow lost & found procedures if guest items are encountered in rooms.
  • Complete all assigned rooms within the shift and report task completion as required.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and courteous conduct at all times.
  • Adhere strictly to LUURA standards, SOPs, and company policies.
  • Who We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in minibar service, housekeeping, or hotel operations is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in stock control and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly with minimal supervision.
  • Honest, reliable, and trustworthy when handling guest charges and inventory.
  • Basic numeracy skills for recording consumption and stock counts.
  • Physically fit and able to walk, bend, and carry minibar supplies.
  • Good communication skills; basic English knowledge is an advantage.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a discreet and guest-focused approach.
  • Flexible and adaptable to operational needs.
  • Eligible to work in an EU country.
  • English knowledge will be considered a plus .
