Unit Information: The Center for Safe and Healthy Families serves as the Child Protection and Maltreatment team at Primary Children's Hospital. We specialize in delivering patient-centered, trauma-informed care for children referred to the Children's Justice Center with concerns of physical abuse, sexual abuse, or medical neglect. Our nursing staff plays a vital role in supporting medical examinations and assisting with evidence collection. In the clinical setting, nurses collaborate closely with our advanced practice providers during patient evaluations. Together, they work in partnership with Primary Children's medical team and the local Children's Justice Center Multidisciplinary Team to ensure comprehensive care. We are seeking applicants with exceptional assessment abilities, strong critical thinking skills, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment. Posting Specifics: Benefits Eligible: No Shift Details : 4 hrs a week as needed. No benefits. On Call: Caregivers must be able to arrive and report to the designated location within one hour of receiving a call. Location: This position will work in the Uintah, Daggett and Roosevelt County areas
