Responsibilities
- Lead the ongoing operation, design and governance of global annual bonus frameworks, ensuring alignment to business strategy and financial outcomes

Requirements
- Provides leadership to a team of reward & performance specialists, setting direction, priorities, and development plans
- Acts as a subject matter expert within the Reward and People function
- Champions a high-performance culture and continuous improvement mindset across the organisation
- Experience in reward, compensation, and performance management within a complex, global organisation
- Strong expertise in bonus design, pay-for-performance frameworks, and annual reward cycle delivery
- Experience working with HR systems (e.g., Workday) to deliver performance and reward processes
- Strong analytical capability and experience interpreting data to inform reward decisions
- Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels
- Experience managing and developing teams
- Deep understanding of reward practices in regulated or multi-geography environments
- Knowledge of performance management frameworks and their linkage to compensation
- Awareness of key regulatory requirements (e.g., pay transparency, governance standards)
- Strong commercial acumen, understanding of key business/financial performance metrics and how reward drives business performance and retention.
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience in related field
- Professional qualification (e.g., CIPD or equivalent) preferred
- Reward or compensation-specific certifications advantageous
