- We are looking for someone who has

- Strong knowledge of mine design, mining methods, stope design, sequencing, and ground support
- Experience with geotechnical risk assessment and integration of geotechnical input into mine planning
- Practical experience with numerical modelling
- Knowledge of seismicity, ground control practices, and Ground Control Management Plans
- Proficiency in English
- Valid B-class driving licence
- It is meritorious if you also have:
- Experience from mining projects or technical development initiatives
- Experience mentoring junior engineers
- Proficiency in Swedish, or willingness to learn
- Experience working across multiple sites or within an international organization

Who you will work with You will join the Rock Mechanics team within Mine Staff, a collaborative group of geotechnical specialists supporting Boliden's mining operations. The role involves close cooperation with mine planning engineers, geologists, production technology specialists, project teams, and external consultants across multiple sites.
