- Own daily administration including user management, permissions, profiles, roles, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards.
- Proactively monitor system health, data quality, and governance - driving regular audits and remediation.
- Partner with RevOps, Sales leadership, Customer Success, Product and Finance to translate complex quoting and pricing requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Architect and deliver declarative automations using Flows, validation rules, and approval processes; identify where automation can replace manual steps in the quote-to-cash process.
- Lead system integrations and data migrations in collaboration with RevOps and IT.
