Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for reporting used by both SPM and Legacy Claims and Returns teams
- Fulfil new report requests in a timely manner, maintaining responsibility for requirement gathering, data source identification, code/query development, and publication in Power BI or through SAS
- Identify needs in the Claims and Returns space and develop innovative data sets and/or reports that can be used to resolve problems and issues

- Fulfil Claims and Returns daily tasks and maintain KPI's
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- 1 year of experience with Claims and Returns, along with demonstrated successful reporting and technical experience.
- Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining reports which utilize connections to database/cloud platforms (SAS, DB2, Snowflake, Oracle, etc.)
- Experience Familiarity with SAP Platform and data tables
- Extensive experience with developing in Microsoft Power Platform and SAS Enterprise Guide
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required in order to deal with multiple functional teams

- Previous experience managing projects
- Self-starter with excellent time management, organization and prioritization skills allowing for 2-4 data requests be managed at a time

Learn more about the Caterpillar Experience As a Parts Inventory Analyst in EAME/APD Claims and Returns group you will be expected to create, maintain, and update current data tables and reports, utilize in the Microsoft Power Platform and programs using SAS environments, create Ad hoc reports on an 'On Demand' basis, lead moderately complex projects, and communicate effectively with senior management. You will be expected to understand Returns and Claims concepts in the SPM and Legacy systems and serve as backup.
