Job Title: Customer Support Location: CAMPINAS - BR (remote position) Important Information: CLT Position - pay in local currency (Brazilians Reais) Flexibility to go to office for few meetings and trainings (in Campinas Office). Position with two different shifts: 8 am to 5 pm/ 10 am to 7 pm Some overtime/weekend work required during peak season (March-June; September-December). Key Exciting Responsibilities Drive Engagement: Proactively connect with customers to renew subscriptions, up-sell innovative services, and capture vital feedback. Solve Technical Challenges: Troubleshoot complex issues with service activation and operation to ensure seamless customer workflows. Empower Clients: Provide expert product knowledge and quotes to help customers maximize their positioning solutions. Master Data Integrity: Maintain and update client accounts to ensure a high standard of accuracy across our internal systems. Essential Skills & Experience: Multilingual Expertise: You are fluent in Portuguese and English (required minimum B2). Fluency in Spanish is a plus. Previous experience in a customer service position Bachelor's degree. Prior technical support expertise. Communication Pro: You have a warm, approachable manner and a proven talent for building customer relationships. Technical Aptitude: You possess a working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet tools with an interest in technical troubleshooting.
