Strong Supply Chain Finance Expertise - Proven experience in FP&A, cost accounting, and operational finance with deep understanding of manufacturing costs, standard costing, BOMs, material variances, inventory valuation, productivity tracking, and capex management. Relevant Industry Experience - 10+ years of experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, consumer goods, or other high-volume manufacturing environments, with exposure to end-to-end supply chain processes including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and S&OP. Advanced Analytical & Digital Skills - Strong capabilities in financial modelling, scenario planning, variance analysis, and business analytics, coupled with hands-on expertise in SAP, Power BI, advanced Excel, and reporting automation tools. Influential Business Partnering - Ability to collaborate effectively with senior Supply Chain and Finance stakeholders, challenge constructively, influence decision-making, and translate complex operational data into actionable business insights.
