Responsibilities
- Payroll Administration
- Process full-cycle payroll (weekly/biweekly) for hourly and salaried employees.

- Support open enrollment process and employee communications.
- HR Operations
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, system setup, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Support employee relations matters and escalate issues when needed.
- Assist with HR reporting and metrics (turnover, headcount, etc.).
- Partner with managers to support day-to-day HR needs.
- Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-5 years of experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR support.
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations (FLSA, tax compliance, etc.).
- Experience managing benefits billing, reporting, and payroll integration.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (ADP, SAP, Cornerstone).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Preferred
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or SHRM-CP certification.
- Experience in manufacturing or hourly workforce environments.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
