This role will lead business operations, drive client satisfaction, and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced insurance environment. What you'll do: Lead and develop a high-performing client services team Drive operational excellence, workflows, and performance metrics Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives and business growth Build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and stakeholders Oversee compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement efforts
