Who we're looking for: The Community Manager owns social media channels (primarily Instagram) ensuring brand guidelines are followed, finalizing content calendars with the category director, and driving local engagement mechanisms while supporting community leads through cluster-based media and social relationships. We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in community engagement, shooting on-ground content, and proactively driving conversations to enhance brand presence and audience interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage social media channels across brands and platforms through community moderation and engagement with proactive content aligned to brand voice
  • Finalize content calendars with category director and manage publishing of organic content on local social channels
  • Participate in creative briefs and brainstorming sessions, providing community-first concepts based on community/influencer insights
  • Draft social media captions and respond to comments/DMs while proactively engaging with market opportunities
  • Monitor local conversations and trends to identify engagement opportunities with trending topics, influencers, and brand collaborations
  • Actively engage with users to foster positive brand sentiment and handle real-time interactions following brand tone of voice
  • Collaborate with insights, creative, and media teams to ensure local market behaviors are considered in content strategies
  • Ensure proper content tagging in Sprinklr for performance tracking and provide regular community management reports
