Additional Information

Job Responsibilities: Overall: Responsibilities include supporting the development of concept papers (TOC, logic model, needs analysis), proposal of suitable frameworks, methods and tools for programme evaluation, analysis of results, and contributing to reports detailing findings and recommendations. Work collaboratively with social service practitioners, other research officers, and/or management to evaluate programmes and services. Contribute to other team efforts, such as research newsletters, research grant, organizing of events. Other tasks assigned by supervisor. Support in MEL Support in reviewing documents related to programme development and evaluation (programme proposals, TOC, logic model, needs analysis, evaluation reports etc) Support in developing Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning systems to assist in ongoing work and assess impact. Provide support to programme teams in planning data collection, analysis and sense making to articulate outcomes. Project management Assist in project management related to programme development and evaluation support to ensure they are completed in time while assuring quality. This includes: The different workflows are delivered in line with requirements and timeframes. Proactively collaborate and communicate with social service practitioners to ensure work related to monitoring and evaluation are conducted as planned in a timely manner. Support in other tasks related to project management. Contribute to developing and managing knowledge products (knowledge management) of the project (case studies, documentation of lesson learnt, best practices)
