Summary: The role involves developing relationships with local retailers and promoting Envipco's RVMs. Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients, creating a local strategy to grow market share, negotiating sales terms, and ensuring timely product delivery. The job also requires maintaining client records, resolving issues, preparing financial reports, and conducting regular field visits to drive sales. Tasks: Develop relationships with (local) retailers and promote Envipco as a supplier of RVMs (Reverse Vending Machines). Build a database of potential clients within the assigned area of responsibility. Ensure records of all small and medium-sized retailers in the assigned area are maintained. Conduct market research in both rural and urban areas to identify local store chains and potential clients. Create a local strategy to increase market share and aim for a market leader position in the region. Negotiate sales terms and maximize turnover. Ensure timely delivery of products to clients. Serve as the communication link between key clients and internal teams. Resolve any issues faced by clients. Prepare regular financial reports for each client, highlighting key results and business growth opportunities. Regularly visit clients and perform fieldwork to increase turnover with covered stores. At least 3-5 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector (familiarity with local retail networks in the allocated area). Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills. Computer skills - MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Fluency in both English and Polish (spoken and written) is required. Envipco is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
