Solar Qs Engineer

Requirements

• Willing to travel and will be working in Singapore.
• Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, renewable energy or relevant field
• Minimum two (2) years of relevant work experience
• Experience and knowledge of reviewing Financial Modelling is preferred
• Preferably with Energy Industry or Renewable Products background
• Preferably to have a good track record of solar PV projects
• Assertive to achieve the KPIs and adaptable both as individual and team player
• Technical advisors, EPC contractors, BD related roles are welcome to apply
• Proficiency in MS Office, autocad and PVsyst

Additional Information

Roles & Responsibilities Conduct site visits, site feasibility, solar system design, and complete execution. Conduct engineering site audits to collect structural, electrical, and related site information for use in the design of commercial and utility-scale solar power systems. Design the arrangements of the solar panels for Rooftop, Ground-mounted, Floating, and other various supported electrical equipment and selection of cables for plant including layouts and schematic diagrams and calculation of technical sizing, BOQ/BOM. Perform computer simulation of solar photovoltaic (PV) generation system performance or energy production to optimize efficiency. Create checklists for review or inspection of completed solar installation projects. Analyse costs and benefits of proposed designs or projects and performing cost reduction analyses for solar systems. End to end execution of solar projects. Procurement & Vendor Coordination
