Responsibilities
- Leading HR activity across a key site integration project, ensuring a smooth, compliant and positive colleague transition

Requirements
- A confident HR professional with strong generalist experience, ideally within a fast-paced or operational environment
- Suitable for an experienced HR Officer or HR Advisor looking for a step up.
- Proven experience supporting organisational change, TUPE or integration activity
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust quickly
- Resilient and calm under pressure, with a hands-on and pragmatic approach
- CIPD qualified or working towards, with up-to-date employment law knowledge
