Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Enablement Coach and mentor recruiters to build expertise in manufacturing and supply chain talent acquisition.

  • Diversity & Inclusion in Manufacturing Hiring Champion inclusive hiring practices across all manufacturing sites, ensuring diverse candidate slates for leadership and technical roles.
  • Partner with HRBPs and site leaders to embed DEI goals into workforce planning.

  • REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; equivalent experience in talent acquisition or HR leadership will be considered.
  • Minimum of 10 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a proven track record of hiring across manufacturing, supply chain, operations, and procurement functions.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing recruitment teams, including oversight of daily operations, performance coaching, and process optimization.
