Measures and records vital signs and medical histories for patients. Obtains laboratory samples; Driving for specimen delivery as a backup only. Performs data entry of health records. Cleans and sanitizes patient rooms following patient examinations. Assists with patient appointments and answer phone calls. Ensures exam rooms are appropriately stocks with needed medical supplies. Secures patient information by completing and safeguarding medical records; Keeps patient information confidential. Participates in activities and duties related to emergency management during a local state of disaster as directed by appropriate county managers.
