About the role

You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST (Project Lead) in the Demonstration and Assessment Team Branch (W41), Battle Lab Division, Warfighter Defense and Systems Integration Department of NAVSURFWARCEN IH DIV. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-13 and GS-14. This is not a high grade position: therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13, Step 10 (based on geographic location). Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: evaluating experiments, demonstrations, and assessment activities to improve the effectiveness and suitability of military science and technology projects (e.g. Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD), Electronic Warfare (EW), C4ISR, Kinetic and Nonlethal Weapons systems, Unmanned Systems, Communications/Networks, etc.) for safeguarding warfighters and determining the military utility of critical weapons systems to defeat foreign threats.
