Responsibilities

  • As Paid Media Lead, you lead full-funnel paid media planning and execution, ensuring alignment between global direction and local business priorities to drive strong commercial results across channels.
  • You will:
  • Lead the development of full-funnel paid media plans across channels, aligning global frameworks with local commercial priorities and marketing calendars
  • Drive media activation and ongoing performance optimization, ensuring campaigns deliver strong ROI and business impact
  • Monitor and follow up on campaign performance, leading regular reviews and identifying opportunities to improve results
  • Manage media budgets and investments, ensuring efficient allocation and strong return across campaigns and channels
  • Lead and collaborate with media agencies, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with global standards
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align paid media activities with commercial plans and business objectives
  • WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
  • You'll work closely with Commercial, Marketing, and Customer Activation teams, collaborating with global media teams and local agency partners to deliver strong and aligned media execution.
  • This role will be reporting to the Marketing Manager.

Requirements
