Responsibilities
- Provides oversight and ensures adequate staffing of M edical Services staff in the facility.
- Assists in managing performance and conflict resolution M edical Services staff. Ensures professional conduct of Medical Services staff.
- Provides direct clinical care for at least 50% of time, to provide clinical assessment and care to patients as a BHMP in all locations to help support medical team and provide coverage as needed.

- Monitors flow throughout the facility and works with leadership partners when internal or external barriers to patient movement are identified . Communicates with other organizations to coordinate care of patients.
- Helps develop and lead trainings for Phoenix and other Connections hospital market s and may require travel .
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program with a psych certification .
- 3 years experience in the crisis mental health and/or delivery of family health treatment to children, adolescents, or adults.
- 2 years experience in a supervisory position.
- Licensed by the State of Arizona; Board Certification and valid DEA Certification and X License.
- The Company has a mandatory vaccination policy. All successful applicants must be fully vaccinated, including showing proper documentation, or otherwise be exempt pursuant to the Company's exemption process prior to their start date as a condition of employment.
- Complete all credentialing requirements within the required time period, including but not limited to obtaining a National Provider Identifier (NPI), Medallion enrollment, Medicare enrollment, and any other necessary credentials as required for the role.
