About the role
Grade Level (for internal use): 09 The Team: We are a global Revenue Operations team with a presence in Pakistan, India and the Philippines. We support the commercial front-line team in the Order-to-Cash process by submitting quotes, generating contracts, and liaising with OTC teams such as legal, Order Management, Fulfillment, and Client Financial Relations . Responsibilities and Impact: This role is critical for optimizing revenue generation and enhancing the commercial buying experience across our Commercial organization. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to emerge into more specialized roles and act as a vital resource for the team . Key responsibilities include: Optimize revenue generation and enhance the commercial buying experience through efficient operations and client-centric solutions . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, participate in agile ceremonies, and support feature prioritization based on business goals and user impact . Lead and participate in cross-team projects to reduce order return rates, manage suspensions, and address billing requests, improving operational efficiency and client satisfaction . Act as a subject matter expert, contributing strategic insights, and mentoring junior team members to enhance skills and performance . Drive process improvement initiatives, data quality projects, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to optimize team operations and integrate new capabilities . Track project timelines, deliverables, and maintain accurate Salesforce data for effective reporting and analysis in Power BI . All employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week .
Requirements
- Basic Required Qualifications:
- An S&P Global employee at this level would typically have 3+ years of experience in product management, revenue operations, or a related analytical role.
- Expertise in Salesforce reporting, Salesforce CPQ functionalities, and advanced Excel for complex data analysis and reporting .
- Proven experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading multiple projects simultaneously .
- Excellent analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and outstanding organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization abilities .
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and effectively .
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization .
- A proactive approach, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and accountability in a fast-paced environment .
