About the role

Basic information: - 5 Days, 8:30am to 6pm (night shift) - Basic UP $3500 - AWS and allowances provided - Location: West Job Scope: Ensuring the Assembly operations are running smoothly and resolve any issues arising with transporters with internal GLS team Planning and monitoring picking productivity and ensuring adequate resources are in place. Manage picker's performance and service level and report issues Ensuring all store claims and incidents are investigated and closed on time and corrective actions are implemented Overseeing all picking operations, including productivity KPIs, order accuracy, and picking timelines, to ensure efficient execution and on-time order fulfillment.
