Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and service standards
• Monitor workflows and proactively address potential service gaps
• Support and guide warehouse and yard teams, including scheduling, productivity, and performance feedback
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, investigations, and system updates
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment in compliance with Health & Safety and C-TPAT requirements
• Resolve operational issues and customer concerns effectively
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Maintain organized yard and warehouse operations, including proper storage and material handling
• Collaborate with logistics, production, and customer service teams
• What You Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with RF systems or SAP is an asset
• Understanding of occupational health and safety regulations
• Forklift experience and First Aid certification are assets
• Ability to pass a background check as required
