Our Infrastructure Services business is seeking a motivated Site Engineer to join the team delivering programmed maintenance works under the RAMC GEN3 contract across the Sunshine Coast. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on being hands-on and site‑based, working closely with supervisors and crews to support the safe, efficient delivery of high-quality asphalt and civil works. You'll be a key link between planning and execution, ensuring works are well-coordinated and delivered to specification. This position will be offering a base salary of between $85,000 to $100,000 + superannuation (dependent on level of experience). As a Site Engineer, you'll play a critical role in day-to-day project execution, including: Supporting the delivery of resurfacing, rehabilitation, and maintenance works Providing on-site engineering support to supervisors and crews Assisting with planning, short-term programming, and site coordination Monitoring costs, quantities, productivity, and progress on site Ensuring works are delivered in line with safety, environmental, and quality requirements Assisting with inspections, hold points, and quality documentation Liaising with internal teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve site issues efficiently
