Senior / Engineer (ACMV)

About the role

We are looking for an Engineer to support the delivery of ACMV projects on site, working closely with sub-contractors, consultants, and the project team to ensure works are executed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise sub-contractors' work progression in accordance with shop drawings, method statements, and approved materials and samples
• Liaise with relevant authorities, sub-contractors, main contractors, and clients on shop drawings, materials, and samples
• Review and align ACMV design drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications and guidelines
• Identify and flag discrepancies across M&E, structural, ID, architectural, and client provisions
• Manage and execute project tasks in accordance with project timelines
• Attend meetings with sub-contractors, contractors, and clients to address site issues and provide progress updates
• Study and review drawings and specifications for compliance
• Allocate work and ensure tasks are completed correctly within established standards and SOPs

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline
• Experience in ACMV system installation within the construction industry is advantageous
• Knowledge of ACMV systems, local/international codes of practice, Green Mark requirements, hydronic/static calculations, and BIM tools (Revit, AutoCAD) is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Salary & Work Arrangements
• Working Hours: 5.5 days per week - Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm; Saturday, 8.30am-12.30pm
• Work Location: Various project sites across Singapore
