Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, account & printer issues
- Support servers, networks, backups & data replication
- Deploy workstations, laptops, printers & Mitel VOIP phones
- Support AutoCAD and other design software
- Manage IT asset inventory and ticketing
- What you need:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- 7+ years of corporate IT support experience
- Experience with MS Server, Windows 10, O365, Active Directory
- Strong networking & troubleshooting skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Bonus: Autodesk experience
