  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute business strategy
  • Experience leading cross-cultural and geographically distributed teams
  • Strong business acumen and decision-making capability
  • Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or Business (MBA preferred)
  • Comfortable with tools such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems
