Plan customer visits and meetings, as well as provide technical support to customers Coordinate and participate in industry trade shows to expand market reach Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to penetrate new markets Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities Maintain and update sales progress reports Meet sales revenue, profitability, and growth targets set by management Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit control Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
