Senior Business Systems Analyst (Contract)

Requirements

• The ideal candidate should hold a degree from a reputable institution and have 6-8 years of experience as a systems analyst or marketing professional for software products such as ERP, CRM, and DMS across industries including BPO, banking, financial services, insurance, e-governance, and telecom.
• A strong understanding of software market dynamics and software development processes is required.
• The candidate should be proficient in software implementation and demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
• Candidates with experience delivering software solutions in insurance, or government sectors will be preferred.

Job Description: This role combines post-sales engagement management with business systems analysis responsibilities. As the Engagement Manager, the person will be the main client contact, responding promptly and proactively to project needs, concerns, and deliverables. Using a consultative approach, the candidate will identify client pain points and recommend suitable solutions to grow Newgen's business with existing customers. As a Business Systems Analyst, the individual must have strong functional knowledge products and solutions, along with a solid understanding of their technical architecture. Must have Product experience: Record Management System Enterprise content management system Integration of AI in RMS and ECM GCC+ working experience in container based Architecture Experience in Government sector project in Singapore region. The role involves working with business users and process owners to gather requirements and document them clearly, reducing ambiguity and enabling smooth coordination with the development and configuration teams. The objective is to keep the project on track and ensure smooth delivery with minimal issues or gaps.
