On-Call Social Worker - Mobile Crisis Response Team Required: Bachelors with major in social work or related field with equivalent in education, training, or experience and documented mental health training or experience. Hours: 8:00 PM-8:30 AM (3-8 shifts per month, including weekends and holidays). The On Call Social Worker-Kish reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. Mobile Crisis Response Teams (MCRT) are community-based services that dispatch mental health professionals to safely de-escalate behavioral health crises on-site. They provide immediate evaluations, safety planning, and crisis stabilization as a trauma-informed alternative to law enforcement or emergency room visits.
