Job Title Shipping/Receiving Associate II Responsible for supporting daily shipping and receiving operations, with a strong emphasis on material movement, inventory organization, and warehouse coordination. This role focuses heavily on receiving, internal transport of materials (including plasma components), and maintaining an organized flow of goods across the facility. Roles and Responsibilities Perform daily shipping, receiving, and warehouse tasks following established procedures and work instructions with limited supervision. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and products for accuracy, damage, and proper labeling. Coordinate and execute movement of materials, including plasma parts, between receiving, storage, and shipping areas. Own pallet movement across the facility, including transferring materials between staging areas and shipping docks. Maintain and organize storage racks and newly established staging areas to ensure efficient material flow. Prepare, build, and organize pallets and crates for shipment according to standard packaging requirements. Process shipments using carrier systems (UPS, FedEx, DHL), including preparing required documentation such as packing slips, bills of lading, and shipping records. Verify physical counts against documentation to ensure shipping and inventory accuracy. Utilize material handling equipment such as sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and similar equipment (including cherry-picker-style units). Order and maintain shipping supplies as needed (boxes, packaging materials, etc.). Support cycle counts and inventory tracking of finished goods as required. Interact with internal teams (Sales, Planning, Manufacturing) and external carriers to support daily operations. Accurately enter and maintain data within internal systems. Assist with cross-training and support other operational areas as needed. Maintain compliance with all safety procedures and training requirements. Support operations after standard hours as needed to ensure material movement and workflow continuity.
