We're looking for a driven and experienced Program/Project Manager to join our team and lead initiatives focused on enhancing our contracting operations through strategic improvements and automation. In this role, you'll be instrumental in identifying opportunities, defining project scope, and driving the successful execution of projects , owning the partnership with Google's global and regional GTM teams and driving strategic partnership. You'll also work closely with cross-functional groups, ensuring seamless collaboration with operations teams. A key part of your role will be enabling operations managers to deliver actions and projects in a timely manner, meeting the needs of our business stakeholders. Position Responsibilities Provide end-to-end project coordination in collaboration with cross functional teams across new service launches and process improvement initiatives. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic goals for security effectiveness and operational efficiency. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management strategies, and communication plans. Work with Google global process owners to help drive standardization and change management. Communicate process changes to impacted team members. Manage new project launches ensuring noiseless launch through coordination with cross-functional teams like Training, Quality assurance, Hive and Operation teams. Coordinate and send out routine communications and set up governance to update overall project/program status for the various stakeholder groups, both internally and externally with key partners. Work cross-functionally with teams within GOC to ensure critical paths are on track, ensuring all deliverables owned by enablement functions are tracked, delivered on time Act as an escalation point for any non-moving deliverables and manage stakeholder conversations related to Dealdesk Incentive Contracting . Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals for Media Readiness Program.
