Temporal's Global Events & Field Marketing Team is seeking a Senior Events & Field Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and operational management of Replay, our annual developer conference series, while also supporting our regional field marketing portfolio. Reporting to the Global Lead, Events & Field Marketing, you will directly own and execute critical Replay workstreams while leading cross-functional stakeholders responsible for conference delivery. You will also serve as a strategic partner on technical programming, developer audience engagement, and the overall conference experience. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution and requires exceptional collaboration, operational rigor, and attention to detail. You will play a key role in scaling Replay into a world-class developer conference that fosters meaningful engagement, showcases innovation, and strengthens the Temporal community. The ideal candidate is an experienced conference leader with deep expertise in developer events and technical audiences. You bring a strong understanding of developer communities, proven partnerships with Developer Relations, Product, and Engineering teams, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling conference experiences. You thrive at the intersection of conference production, community engagement, and technical storytelling. In this role, you will oversee critical event workstreams, collaborate closely with DevRel, Marketing, Product Marketing, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Partnerships teams, and help shape the future of Replay as a premier conference for developers, architects, and engineering leaders. Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Developer Relations, Product Marketing, Product, Engineering, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership teams to align stakeholders around event objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.
• Event Operations & Production: Oversee the on-site execution of assigned workstreams, ensuring operational excellence across all attendee touchpoints. Lead real-time problem solving, manage stakeholder communications, and drive successful event delivery in fast-paced live environments.
