Responsibilities

- What we need to see:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or MBA is a strong plus with 10+ years of experience in technology sales, with a strong preference for enterprise networking, data center infrastructure, or high-performance computing (HPC).
- AI/Data Center Expertise: Deep understanding of AI Factory architecture, Ethernet/InfiniBand networking, and GPU-based computing solutions. Experience selling into hyperscalers or large enterprise data centers is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to own a quota and drive complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. You must be comfortable with SFDC (Salesforce) hygiene and pipeline management.
- Ability to synthesize market data, competitive landscapes, and supply chain dynamics into actionable sales strategies.
- Outstanding ability to work with extended teams (Product, Marketing, HQ, Channel) to get results. You must be a great teammate who can influence without direct authority.
- Outstanding executive presence and communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
