Your Opportunity : This role offers the opportunity to lead the Investment Research Department for our Philippine subsidiary, working hand in hand with our Managing Director and CEO in Paris. You'll head a talented and growing team of six Investment & Strategy Analysts and Associates, playing a key role in shaping Dedale Intelligence's growth in APAC. Your Responsibility : Lead research & data product development on software & technology companies and market segments Coach a team of 3-4 analysts and associate (fast growing up to 10) dedicated to research Collaborate with a team of ca. 10 highly experienced ex-Tier 1 management consultants in Paris HQ contributing to the research Deliver high quality and valuable deliverables that will support decision making on multi-million investments Communicate directly with very high-profile customers , including fund managing partners, billionaire entrepreneurs, family office managers Support the strategic development of the company , hand in hand with the founders, to develop a sustainable unique differentiation in the market Cherry on the Cake! You are passionate about technology , innovation , and investment You are interested in entrepreneurship You are ready to take on senior leadership role working closely with top management based in Paris Your Qualifications : Strong track record of operational leadership and delivering measurable results 7-10+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting Entrepreneurial mindset with experience leading business growth or expansion Smart and strategic, but a real hands-on operator Clear, effective communicator with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Solid understanding of business strategy, digital transformation, and change management Comfortable working independently in fast-paced environments with a sense of urgency Experienced in building and developing high-performing teams Data-driven, with strong analytical and decision-making skills Able to deliver impact quickly Process: Introductory call with our Head of HR Pre-case with our COO & MD 1 Case Study Final interview with our CEO, PH Director and coffee chat
