Responsibilities
- Supports the HR Business Partner in areas including Talent management and Retention, Compensation, Performance planning, Rewards & Recognition, Benefits, Employee relations, and Local Labor Law compliance.

- Oversees and manages leave administration for all India employees.
- Works closely with service providers for payroll, leave, and benefits enrollment and administration.
- Advises and educates managers in all the relevant areas of Indian employment law.
- Provides quality administrative and project support, ensuring tasks are accurately completed within specified timeframes by working with department managers, employees, vendors, subcontractors, and others.
- Coordinates employee activities, training sessions, meetings, and holiday events as needed.
Requirements
- HR generalist experience in India
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment law and ability to apply them to current business situations.
- Thorough knowledge of HR principles and best practices.
- Extensive knowledge of computer systems with proficiency in Google products
- High standard of ethics and integrity along with experience maintaining confidentiality, including integrity and security of computer systems, files, and data.
- Strong analytical skills and aptitude for math and numbers in order to audit payroll and benefits, proofread documents, conduct research, and develop HR metrics.
- Well developed interpersonal and persuasive skills with the ability to interact and influence across all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Well-developed presentation skills.
