Responsibilities

- Expert background in administering Microsoft environments , including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO.
- Familiarity with Office 365 hybrid environments and identity management.
- Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
- Knowledge of ITIL principles and experience working within SLA-driven environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
