Job Duties Serves as primary point person for IT manager/ Director for associated application teams Provides resource allocation/ assignment delegation to analyst staff Collaborates with IS&T and operational leadership to drive priorities and escalate/ resolve barriers and issues Manages analyst staff (Scheduling, Performance Assessment) Partners with other application teams to drive system integration and efficiencies Develops / documents procedures for implementing system changes and other tasks Serves as a liaison between end users, third parties, and vendors Troubleshoots problems and questions from end users Analysis of application content and negotiation of any user requested modifications Prepares details of specifications as needed Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 3 years Direct management experience and
  • 5 years Direct Epic build, implementation and support experience in addition to and
  • 7 years Progressive experience in Information Services, or a combination of Information Services and direct healthcare
  • experience.
  • Large Hospital/IDN Information Technology Experience and/or Healthcare Operations Experience
