We are looking for a Technical Artist to bridge the gap between Art, Animation, and Development teams. In this role, you will help optimize production workflows, integrate visual content into the game, improve asset performance, and ensure that artistic vision is delivered efficiently and seamlessly within technical constraints. Responsibilities: Act as a bridge between Art, Game Design, and Development teams, ensuring the seamless integration of visual content into the final product. Build and configure game screens for multiple aspect ratios using internal development tools and editor environments. Assemble and implement game assets, animations, and visual elements based on project specifications and technical requirements. Create visual mockups and prototypes for game features and GDDs, ensuring accurate implementation in the final product. Collaborate with Developers and Artists to develop and implement new visual effects, tools, and technical solutions. Optimize graphics, assets, and visual systems to achieve the best balance between performance and visual quality. Work closely with the game team to identify and implement creative solutions that improve the overall player experience. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to asset integration, visual presentation, and content implementation. Contribute to the improvement of production workflows, pipelines, and internal tools. Experience working with graphic design and game development tools such as Photoshop, After Effects, Unity, or similar software. Understanding of UI and graphic adaptation principles for different screen resolutions and aspect ratios. Basic understanding of game development processes and experience working with game engines. Experience implementing and working with animations, visual effects, shaders, and other real-time visual elements. Strong attention to detail and understanding of technical constraints and optimization requirements. Ability to collaborate effectively with Artists, Game Designers, Developers, and other cross-functional team members. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance visual quality with technical performance. Fluent Russian language skills (written and spoken). Previous experience in iGaming or slot games is a plus, but we are open to candidates from other areas of game development.
