Responsibilities

  • Reporting and Presentation: Create clear and compelling reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to Family Office teams
  • Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze data to derive actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Time Entry: Responsible for all team time entry and reconciliation between Workday and Aderant
  • Administration: Ownership of day-to-day administrative tasks; i.e. time entry, mailings, and expense reports
  • Project Management Support: Support management of project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Maintenance of Operating Rhythms: inclusive of notetaking, tracking action items and deadlines, and organizing file structures
  • Stakeholder Management: Work collectively with the various stakeholders to implement initiatives determined by the project sponsor
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest analytical tools, methodologies, and business trends to bring innovative solutions to Family Office Services

Requirements

  • 0-2 years work experience
  • Bachelor's degree, Business, Economics, or Finance major preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Motivated person with the ability to work independently as well as a contributing member of the team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and software. A bonus if proficiency in financial modelling.
  • Excellent judgment and the ability to balance resourcefulness and discretion, demonstrates ability to protect confidential and proprietary information
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint, a bonus if familiar with Tableau or PowerBI

  • This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
